About

About My Approach

As a psychotherapist, my deepest intention is to offer a space where you feel safe, understood, and free to be fully yourself. Whether you’re navigating individual challenges or working through relationship dynamics, I approach our work with compassion, curiosity, and genuine care. Together, we gently uncover the patterns that keep you stuck and build the kind of self-awareness that feels empowering rather than self-critical.

I believe therapy can create meaningful, lasting change, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, connection, and emotional well-being.

Themes That Often Arise in Therapy

Anxiety
Depression
Relationships

When worry feels relentless and your body can’t settle, therapy offers a place to breathe and find steadier ground.

Depression can leave life feeling heavy and dim. Together we’ll gently begin to uncover light and energy again.

Our closest connections can bring joy or pain. Therapy helps you understand patterns and create relationships that feel more secure and fulfilling.

Codependency

Saying yes when you mean no takes a toll. Here, you can learn to honor your own needs without guilt.

Perfectionism

If “never enough” runs your life, therapy can help you soften the critic within and find freedom in being human.

Burn-out

Exhaustion and overwhelm aren’t signs of weakness—they’re signals. Therapy offers space to reset and realign with what truly sustains you.
