What We Can Work on Together
Anxiety
Anxiety can feel like living in constant overdrive—your mind racing, your body buzzing, and no true place of rest. Together, we’ll slow things down. I help you untangle the fears underneath the symptoms and make sense of where they come from, while also building tools to regulate your nervous system in the moment. Over time, therapy can help you move from being consumed by anxiety to developing a steadier, calmer inner rhythm.
Depression
Depression is not laziness or weakness—it’s a deep state of overwhelm, exhaustion, or disconnection that often has roots in unprocessed pain or unmet needs. With me, you don’t have to perform or pretend to be okay. We’ll explore both the heaviness you carry and the sparks of life and meaning that still exist within you. Healing depression often looks like rediscovering your vitality in small, doable steps, while learning to relate to yourself with more kindness and care.
Relationships
Relationships can be our greatest source of love and belonging—and also our deepest triggers. Whether you’re navigating conflict, intimacy, communication, or trust, I bring a relational lens to therapy that helps you understand the patterns you’re caught in and why. Our work is about building healthier, more secure ways of relating—both to others and to yourself—so that your connections feel more nourishing, authentic, and sustainable.
Codependency/People-pleasing
Many of us learned early on to take care of others’ needs while silencing our own. This can lead to resentment, burnout, or a sense of losing yourself in relationships. In our work, we’ll explore where those patterns began and how they’ve shaped the way you show up today. I’ll support you in setting boundaries, finding your voice, and honoring your own needs without guilt—so you can experience relationships that are rooted in balance and mutual respect.
Perfectionism
Perfectionism often hides beneath the surface as a constant inner critic—the voice telling you to do more, be better, never let your guard down. While it may have helped you succeed, it can also feel like a prison that keeps you from feeling joy, rest, or enoughness. In therapy, we’ll get curious about where this drive came from and begin to loosen its grip. The goal isn’t to “fix” your ambition but to create space for self-compassion, flexibility, and freedom to be fully human.
Burn-Out
Burnout shows up when your body and spirit finally say “enough.” It can look like exhaustion, irritability, or a loss of motivation, often after long periods of pushing yourself past your limits. Together, we’ll create space to pause and breathe. We’ll explore the deeper beliefs driving the overwork, and we’ll reimagine what it means to live and work in a way that honors your energy, boundaries, and values. Healing from burnout isn’t about doing nothing—it’s about doing what feels sustainable, aligned, and nourishing.
