My Therapy Approach
Therapy with me is a collaborative, deeply human process. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all models—I meet you where you are, bringing presence, curiosity, and compassion to every session. Together, we’ll work not only on untangling what feels heavy or overwhelming, but also on uncovering your strengths, longings, and capacity for change.
I integrate psychodynamic and depth-oriented perspectives with relational, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches. That means we may explore the roots of your patterns, how they live in your body, and how they show up in your relationships. I often draw from Jungian psychology and existential thought, weaving in practices that invite self-reflection, creativity, and meaning-making. At the same time, I’m practical—I’ll help you find grounded tools and language for navigating everyday challenges, relationships, and transitions.
I value authenticity and presence. Sessions with me are not about “fixing” you, but about creating space where your full self can be seen and understood. My aim is to provide a space where you can be curious, challenged, and supported—where insight and healing unfold not through pressure, but through connection.
I also know how hard it can feel to begin. Reaching out takes courage, and it’s normal to feel nervous about taking that first step. My intention is to make the process feel slow, soothing, and inviting—never rushed. If you’re curious, I encourage you to call me for a conversation. We’ll see how you feel with me, and from there we can move forward at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.
